Orange Nutrition return and exchange policy accept that you can only return the item  for exchange and refund if the  

•    Products are of not acceptable quality

•    Products does not match description or sample

•    Products are not fit for purpose

Items can only be returned or exchange if they are in original packaging, unopened, unused and a re-saleable condition.

You need to provide your original Orange Nutrition register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.

To return your products, you should send the parcel to 930 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill, Melbourne, VIC, Australia 3128 with your order number. You will need pay for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For returns, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange the return to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

Note: A small refund fee from Paypal and Other payments methods may be applied to your order depending on the volume and price of the order. Please contact us when refunding or exchanging a parcel.

Broken Damaged Goods

Once the parcel leaves our store, Orange Nutrition is not liable for any exchanges or refunds due to shipping damages or defects. Please contact us immediately at orangenutritionmel@gmail.com, and we can try to solve this issue.
